We want you to love your Bambino Mio products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been laundered or worn.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
